1. Tarrytown Lighthouse in Sleepy Hollow Tours - Palmer Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591
Free tours. Generally available on weekend days (10am, 11am, and 12am). Tickets go fast. Check the website for availability. Registration required.
A 45-minute curator-led tour of the Tarrytown Lighthouse.

The Tarrytown Lighthouse in Sleepy Hollow is located at Kingsland Point Park off Palmer Avenue. Parking with nearby restrooms is available. The lighthouse is accessed by a 10 minute stroll south along the Riverwalk path. The five story structure includes four stairways.

4. The Donald M. Kendall Sculpture Gardens – PepsiCo Global Headquarters, Purchase, NY

1 hour tour throughout the gardens with a discussion of Untermyer Gardens, the architecture, garden design, plants in bloom, plant combinations, etc. During the tour, you will walk up and down stairs and along uneven paths, so sturdy shoes are recommended.

7. The Armour-Stiner Octagon House - Irvington, NY

On this seasonal one-hour tour, visitors explore the beautiful octagon house, restored to its 1870s appearance, and the greenhouse, garden and landscape.

Visit the beautiful River building, walk the trails on the surrounding nature preserve, and enjoy snacks, beverages, and light fare in the Commons.

The 1 ½ hour course includes a brief introduction and safety talk from paddling instructors. They'll outfit you with a personal flotation device (PFD), kayak and paddling equipment. Instruction on a variety of paddling techniques will be provided. You’ll be guided on a tour of the ecosystem and history of the area with your group. If you have your own PFD, feel free to bring your own. First timers are welcome. Instructors are great! Afterwards, take a nature walk and explore the 15 acre park.
10. The CT Art Trail Passport - $35 Purchase online or at any of the Art Trail member museums.

This Passport-Journal provides free admission to each holder to 30 Art Trail member museums and several affiliate museums. Membership is valid for one year after purchase. Member Museums include the Bruce Museum, Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, Weir Farm National Historic Park, etc.
